Care Tips

Wash inside-out in cold water
While our silk is washable, it’s still a delicate fabric. To keep your silk in the best shape, turn items inside out and place in a mesh washing bag to protect it while in the washing machine and wash with cold water.

Don’t mix fabrics
Always wash with like fabrics (things like cotton and other softer materials) or wash separately. Avoid jeans, heavy towels, or items with hooks/clasps/zippers like bras or dresses that could catch on your garments and damage them.

Wash with delicates
Select the delicate cycle on your washing machine and make sure the water temperature is cold and the spin is low.

Lay flat to dry
Lay the item flat in its natural shape on a drying rack - Please do not hang dry — this may cause the item to stretch or become misshapen.

Pro Tips

Reduce wrinkles
Use your getting ready time as double duty and hang your silk in the bathroom while taking a steamy shower.

Use a steamer
Use a steamer for a garment that’s smooth as silk (literally) in no time at all.

Toss in the dryer
Simply toss the (already dry) item in the dryer for a few minutes on a low heat fluff cycle.

Washable Silk Chiffon

Delicate by design, functional by construction, silk chiffon is as adaptable and easygoing as its more opaque sister fabric, Washable Silk. Naturally lightweight and breathable, you can layer comfortably in brisker temperatures, or wear solo for that soothing ‘sleeping on a cloud’ kind of feel.

And since silk chiffon is 100% machine washable, there’s more time to enjoy wearing it, and less time for laundering it.

Our chunky merino wool is soft to the touch for cozy nights in or out. And for the most sensitive among us, it's hypoallergenic, so worrying about skin allergies can be a thing of the past. It’s also OEKO-TEX® 100 Certified, which means that it has been tested for both regulated and non-regulated harmful substances.

Got a spill?
Oops! Spot clean any stains immediately with a stain remover or delicates laundry detergent.

Wear them more!
Because wool is hypoallergenic as well as water wicking, it does not need to be washed frequently, so you can wear it longer without having to worry about laundry day.

Hand wash
To help minimize risk of fabric shrinkage, we recommend hand washing instead of machine washing.

Lay flat to dry
Your wool pieces should not be placed in the dryer. Because they’re made with natural fibers, they can shrink in the dryer due to the harsh heat. Just lay flat to dry.
